Alistair is the Managing Director of Beechwood Associates who has championed people development and sales training across large, geographically diverse organisations.

His training expertise is underpinned by experience in senior sales and service and general management roles within a $2.9bn multi-national manufacturer and distributor.

 

Prior to forming Beechwood Associates, Alistair was general manager of AGCO Corporation's International Training and Sales Engineering facility responsible for skills training and personnel development to internal staff and international distribution sales management .

 

Alistair holds a Certificate in Training Practice and specialises in sales assessement, executive coaching, leadership and management development in the UK and Middle East.

Richard Mooney , DipM, FCIM, Chartered Marketer

Specialising in marketing strategy and digital marketing, Richard

Mooney works with a variety of organisations from small and medium sized businesses to international corporations. Richard combines a

talent for marketing with extensive 'hands- on' experience of international business. He has successfully led large international, high performance sales teams in senior roles within capital equipment and component manufacturers and distributors.  

Prior to choosing a consulting role, Richard was Sales Director of an International Corporation with responsibility for $250m sales and 7,500 customers and outlets throughout Central & Eastern Europe, Africa & Middle East. Consulting projects have successfully been delivered in;
